How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days. Please note that as many of our items are handcrafted to order, there may be a short processing time before dispatch.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry and accessories?
Yes, we stand by our craftsmanship. We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
How should I care for my copper or brass items?
Natural oxidation is normal for copper and brass. To maintain the shine, you can use a soft polishing cloth. To prevent rapid tarnishing, keep your items dry and store them in a cool, airtight space when not in use.

Every piece at COPPERTIST.WU begins with a hand-carved mold. Our artisans then use traditional casting and finishing techniques to ensure each item is a unique work of art.
